As an academic unit striving to maintain the quality of governance and educational delivery, the Study Program regularly conducts student satisfaction monitoring. This monitoring aims to obtain an objective overview of student perceptions of various aspects of the study program management, including administrative services, academic provision, and institutional support in supporting the learning process.
In 2024, a student satisfaction survey was conducted based on four main variables used as indicators of service quality: empathy, assurance, responsiveness, and permission. Each variable was designed to measure the quality of interactions, promptness of service, clarity of procedures, and consistency of support provided by the Study Program to students.
The survey results showed that student satisfaction levels ranged from 72% to 80%, indicating that the majority of students positively assessed the service they received. Furthermore, one variable recorded the highest satisfaction level, at 83%, indicating that this aspect was considered very good and contributed significantly to the student experience during the academic process.
The Study Program views these results as important indicators that can be used to strengthen service quality in the future. While most indicators demonstrate good performance, ongoing evaluation is still necessary to ensure that quality standards continue to improve in line with the dynamics of student needs and institutional development.
Through this survey, the Javanese Language, Literature, and Culture Study Program affirms its commitment to realizing professional, adaptive governance, and oriented towards continuous quality improvement, so that the educational services provided remain relevant, superior, and meet student expectations.
The Study Program affirms its commitment to improving the quality of its educational delivery through the annual Management Review Meeting (RTM). Student feedback serves as a crucial foundation for developing development initiatives, including activities such as the "Creating the Perfect CV" seminar, tailored to student needs.
Furthermore, the Study Program continuously improves communication and administrative services between faculty and students to ensure that students receive optimal support in resolving various academic and non-academic issues.
