This virtual benchmarking activity, conducted on July 15, 2023, aimed to strengthen the camaraderie and cooperation between these two Javanese literature student associations.
This benchmarking activity was part of the Public Relations and Organization Division's work program of HMJ Kamastawa UGM, taking place from 09:00 to 11:15 WIB (Western Indonesian Time). In KMSJ FIB UI, the organization comprises a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretariat (Kestari), 5 Bureaus (Finance Bureau, Research and Development Bureau (Litbang), Human Resource Development Bureau (PSDM), Public Relations Bureau (Humas), and Creative Media Bureau (MedKre)), as well as 5 Departments (Advocacy and Student Welfare Department (ADKESMA), Education and Science Department, Community Service Department (PengMas), Arts Department, and Sports Department). The benchmarking activity was initiated by Siti Gea Arzetty (KMSJ) and Bima Muslih W. (KAMASTAWA) as the Masters of Ceremony (MC). It began with speeches by the heads of KMSJ FIB UI (Wulan Fitria) and KAMASTAWA (Adjit Royan Mustafa G.S.), followed by presentations about the profiles and work programs of each association, as well as evaluations and questions regarding their work programs. The event continued with a lively ice-breaking session, followed by discussions about the three specialized fields of philology, linguistics, and literature. Subsequently, certificates were exchanged between the two associations as an appreciation for their participation in this benchmarking activity. The event concluded with a group photo session as a memento.
