As an academic unit committed to maintaining the quality of governance and educational delivery, the Study Program regularly conducts student satisfaction surveys. These surveys aim to obtain an objective overview of students’ perceptions of various aspects of study program management, including administrative services, the provision of academic information, and institutional support in facilitating the learning process.

In 2025, the student satisfaction survey was conducted based on four main variables used as indicators of service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and accessibility (tangible).

The survey results indicate that student satisfaction with the management of the Study Program falls into the very good category. Across all assessed aspects, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible, student satisfaction levels ranged from 94.73% to 94.74%, representing the combined satisfied and very satisfied categories. Meanwhile, 5.26% of respondents gave neutral ratings, and no respondents expressed dissatisfaction with the assessed service aspects.

The reliability and assurance aspects each received a very satisfied rating of 63.16%, while responsiveness reached 57.89%. For the empathy aspect, the proportion of very satisfied respondents reached 52.63%, while the tangible aspect received 63.16% in the satisfied category. These results indicate that most students gave positive assessments of the reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and facilities and infrastructure supporting the Study Program’s services.

The Study Program regards these survey results as an important indicator for evaluating and improving the quality of services provided to students. Although all aspects achieved high satisfaction levels, continuous evaluation remains necessary to maintain the achievements attained and improve service aspects that still have room for development. Student feedback serves as one of the foundations for determining the Study Program’s development measures, both in the delivery of academic services and in activities that support learning.

The Study Program reaffirms its commitment to improving the quality of educational delivery through the annual implementation of Management Review Meetings (Rapat Tinjauan Manajemen, RTM). Evaluation results and student feedback are used as considerations in formulating follow-up measures that address students’ needs. One form of this development is the organization of the “Regular Discussion: The Dynamics of Javanese Literature in the Media: Creation, Works, and Their Transformation” (Diskusi Rutin: Geliat Sastra Jawa dalam Media: Cipta, Karya, dan Perubahannya), which provides students with a space to broaden their knowledge and discuss developments in Javanese literature in the context of media and changing times.

In addition to developing academic and scholarly activities, the Study Program also continuously improves communication and administrative services between lecturers, educational staff, administrators, and students. These efforts are undertaken to ensure that students receive optimal information, guidance, and support in addressing various academic and non-academic issues.

Through continuous evaluation and follow-up measures, the Study Program of Javanese Language, Literature, and Culture is committed to maintaining the quality of services that have received positive assessments while making improvements in accordance with students’ needs and institutional developments. The survey results serve not only as an overview of student satisfaction levels but also as a basis for the continuous development of governance and the quality of educational delivery.
